You may return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

- The product is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Products that are used, worn, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Products marked as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or custom orders.

💰 Refund Process
- If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days via your original payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our fault (damaged or wrong item), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return courier charges.
🕐 Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned under our return policy.
